can arrange to have your home cleaned prior to your arrival.
Charges start at $70. Premier homes are
based on size.

We
will open your home for such things as deliveries,
maintenance, service companies, contractor work, etc. for a rate of $25
per occurrence. The
same rate applies anytime we are asked to shop for items needed for
your home.

We
will check the golf cart batteries and if water needs to be added,
the rate is $10 per occurrence. Typically, batteries on unused carts
require water every 3 months.
·
We
are
unable to provide any service related to plants, pools or
pets.
