We have business backgrounds centered on customer
service. Shortly after arriving in The Villages we recognized a need
for a quality home watch service at an affordable price for Villagers
who are away for a whole season or taking an extended vacation. In
June, 2003 we entered this business with a simple mission of ....

We
carry out this mission every day and it has provided us with very
successful and gratifying accomplishments.
We
monitor each home on a weekly basis utilizing a detailed check list
to achieve a high level of consistency. Results of our findings are
reported via e-mail a minimum of once per month. Items not needing
immediate attention are sent via e-mail as they occur. More urgent
items are handled with a phone call immediately. We believe that
keeping you informed of what is happening with your home is of
utmost importance. We have a large list of service providers that
are called upon when needed. We are bonded and insured.
